Bill Clinton in Kalispell and Missoula

by: Anna

Mon May 12, 2008 at 21:52:30 PM MST

( - promoted by Jay Stevens)

Details are sketchy thus far, but Bill Clinton will be speaking in Kalispell on Tuesday night, and Missoula on Wednesday morning.

Clinton will appear at the Adams Center West Auxiliary Gym at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.

The former president will appear at a "Solutions for America" event at Flathead Valley Community College's Black Hall Arboretum at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

I don't care what anyone says, the continued presidential campaign is fun for political junkies like me.

This is awesome that Clinton is staying in. It'll generate a lot of interest during our primary. Might get a lot of media coverage. Oh I do hope Anderson Cooper comes out (to Montana).

It could be booked up. He might be doing a town hall style event. Smaller numbers for those kinda of things. Would have been nice to get that kind of intimate treatment from the Senator from Illinois.

I told myself that I wasn't gonna argue with Clinton supporters here any more.  And so I'm not.  Even though Obama has gained more delegates in the last two weeks than Clinton can gain if she wins WV with 100% of the vote, I'm just not going to argue.

I really am glad that the Clintons are spending so much effort here.  It is fun.  We've never been treated this way in the history of our statehood.  We're like the coolest little toy scattered on the floor now.  I'm glad for the attention; I'm stoked about the money.

I find it pleasing that Clinton is staying the course, even given my cynical belief that she's only doing it to get back the $11 million she lent herself.  If people want to pay off her debt, her being a multi-millionaire and them ... not, then all power to them.  If she's gonna spend money she ain't got, it might as well be here.

I look forward to Bill's message (just as I looked forward to having a football game between the Pats and the Broncos interrupted so that he could tell us of his infidelity.)  I'm sure he'll tell us how much we simple Montana folk have in common with Hillary's beliefs (in the Iraq war, in 'obliterating' Iran, in real ID, in the Patriot act and the Brady Bill.)  He's likely to give some great speeches.  I hope they show up on Youtube.

This just in! (0.00 / 0)
"The White House is won in the swing states. And I am winning the swing states," Clinton told cheering supporters at a victory rally [in West Virginia].

Not said: "Send me $11 million of your blue collar dollars and I will continue to support your white (house) cause for another three weeks."

God bless America!
