people prefer a successful proven canadian system over the cobbled together baucus version of health care reform. any idiot can see that. it's dead people. D.O.A. i say we just walk away from this congressional failure and try again in 2012 with single payer.

and those same aides in washington who advised mr obama so badly on this had better not screw up the economy too or we won't get a chance to have any reform then either.

While the Governor is lauding the Canadian system the real people that I talk to from Canada say the system is terrible and slow. If you have an in to the system you can get help but if you don't if you want or need early help you have to go to Montana. Hmmm such is what the Brits have said to. It is the typical government system it appears. It isn't if you need help it is WHO you are that gets you health care first! I definitely believe it to... That every government is the same and ours is trying to me the same... and none of the senators and reps will use the government system unless we force them... but even then they will cut to the head of the line just like in Canada and England. I just hope that this will be resolved without using any fast cash loans.

I don't think it's a payday spammer.  I think it's someone who just trying to get the exact reaction you gave.  Yes, that makes them a troll, but ...

I will not rate their comment as such because troll rating it out would delete the better comments that have come afterward.

He's worked very hard. And he was paid millions by the health care industrial complex (0.00 / 0)

to bring home the bacon.

He also worked hard on the industry written bush backed medicare part D. He was one of just a few Dems to cross the aisle and outlaw importing cheaper drugs from Mexico and Canada, and to prohibit Medicare from negotiating drug prices.

Baucus is probably the best friend the health care industrial complex has in the whole congress.

Baucus isn't my friend though. In fact I pledged to never again vote for him after he voted with the Repos on Medicare Part D. I've since updated that pledge to vote against him always, even if it means voting for the Repo scumbag.

I will stick to my pledge. No more votes for the insurance company whore! I'll only vote against him.

By the way, If Baucus is so smart, how come he didn't know that Americans want single payer? He found out, but he could care less what Americans want. It's all what the money boys want, with Baucus.
