This is horrible. My own grandson looks a lot like this. While my grandson is four years younger (and small for his age) than James Coby Smith he is also about five feet tall and weighs about ninety pounds.
This story breaks my heart, and it is what I believe politics is all about If you choose to care enough to read it, please read the comments as well. I have opinions, and I have almost a hundred tabs of research about this blocked off for background information, but the most powerful thing I can do in this situation is to offer this up for open discussion.
