Chris Bowers and Matt Stoller (previously of MyDD) have joined forces with Mike Lux, the outsideriest insider in progressive politics, to launch Open Left, a new community blog dedicated to the new emerging progressive movement, which they refer to broadly as the open left. It should be a great site.

On MyDD (0.00 / 0)

Maybe I am wrong, but it seems to me that MyDD has morphed into MyDLC lately. Many of the posters and commenters there seem to lean in the direction that Hillary has an inherent right to the presidency, Obama is unproven and John Edwards is an interloper.

While Daily Kos is the inverse, I have to wonder where Open Left will fit in there.
