I remember sitting through a Chamber of Commerce forum in 2008, Senator Baucus brought some Ambassadors here to talk about international trade, and two Montanans, one who exported seeds, the other who exported whey. After Max left there was a report about India opening some Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises and a Caterpillar manufacturing plant. Also listed amongst their great achievements to the cheering crowd was the election of Bobby Jindal as Governor of Louisiana. How appropriate of Bobby to campaign for Rick Hill at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Billings as the little people could never afford to shop there, but Hill like Jindall would surely snivel to the federal government if a challenging situation happened during his reign. It is rather curious that the photo appearing on the front page of the Daily Interlake only Wednesday the 19th showed Hill looking very different than he did only two days earlier. |
